It is perfect, exactly what we needed. It's like the paper version but less clutter.
Received my manual within 24 hours. Very clear scan of the manual I needed. Thanks!
Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.
Immediate response with excellent service - highly reccommended
Correct manual received and of good quality but the contents of the file for the Service Manual for the same monitor is for a 20" TV not the RGB Monitor.
OPERATIONS ON S-VHS DECK (cont.)
SHOWVIEW Timer Programming
With the SHOWVIEW system, timer programming is greatly simplified because each TV programme has a corresponding code number which your unit is able to recognize.
B Access the SHOWVIEW screen.
Before performing the SHOWVIEW Timer Programming:
The front display panel looks like this:
â Make sure that the unitâs built-in clock is set properly. â Insert a cassette with the safety tab in place. The unit will come on automatically. â Turn on the TV and select the video channel (or AV mode). â Slide the TV/S-VHS/DVD switch to the right.
C Enter the SHOWVIEW number.
Press the number keys to enter the SHOWVIEW number of a programme you wish to record.
â If you make a mistake, press & and input the correct number.
The SHOWVIEW number you enter appears on the front display panel with only a 4-digit number:
D Access the SHOWVIEW Program screen.
Press OK, then the SHOWVIEW Program screen appears (if youâre just starting out, âP1â appears).
The front display panel shows the programme number. Pressing " changes the display to the programme start time, the stop time, the date, the tape speed then the channel position.
A Select the S-VHS deck.
On the unit Press S-VHS/DVD repeatedly so that the S-VHS indicator lights up. On the remote control Press S-VHS so that the S-VHS indicator lights up.
Make sure the channel position number you wish to record is displayed; if not, or âTV PROGâ shows ââ ââ, see steps B â C of âGuide Program Number Setâ on page 31 and set the Guide Program number correctly. â If the number you entered is invalid, âERRORâ appears on the TV screen and âErrâ appears on the front display panel. Press & and input a valid SHOWVIEW number.
